Finally, a set production schedule for the podcast... and announcing Eposode 3

New episodes of the podcast will be released every Wednesday going forward.

Why Wednesday? Because most podcast (at least the ones I listen to are released on Monday. also given the subject matter/nature of the podcast, I didn't want to do Friday and possible start the weekend on a downer.
